Signs a written contract, or

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe. The purchase of digital products is exclusively processed through Stripe on the website.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Right of Revocation

5.1 Cancellation Policy for Coaching Services

Customers may cancel a coaching program at any time under the following conditions:

A cancellation fee of 200 CHF applies.

Already consumed coaching sessions will be billed proportionally.

5.2 Withdrawal from Digital Products

As digital products are made available immediately upon purchase, there is no right of withdrawal after downloading or accessing the content, in accordance with Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Directive.

Nadine Sommer Coaching does not provide medical advice or health guarantees. The coaching programs and digital products offered do not replace medical treatment. Customers are responsible for implementing the provided content themselves.
