Hi! I'm Nadine Sommer

In 2016, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and PCOS. My doctor prescribed a blood sugar-balancing medication, birth control, and advised me to lose weight. At the time, losing weight felt overwhelming and almost impossible. But through trial, persistence, and learning, I found my way.

Today, eight years later, I’ve successfully reversed my insulin resistance and PCOS symptoms, achieved lasting weight loss, and transformed my journey into a mission to help others.

​As a health coach, my passion is empowering men and women like you—whether you’re struggling with insulin resistance, PCOS, or weight loss challenges. I know the frustration and confusion firsthand, and I’m here to guide you with compassion and proven strategies.

  • Education: IIN Certified Health Coach, BA in Education, and a BSc in Nutrition (in progress)
  • Experience: I’ve walked this path myself, losing weight and reversing my symptoms. If I can do it, so can you!
